We aim to make blueprint. immersions accessible to more game-changing leaders, so they can innovate how they lead. Join us as an underwriting partner.

Global immersions for high-impact leaders.

WHAT

Each year, blueprint. brings a cohort of no more than 15 senior leaders to a single country in the Global South. Our team carefully designs each immersion as a 10-day, all-inclusive, experiential leadership program that combines field-based learning sessions, facilitated leadership development labs, and knowledge exchange with local leaders across a diverse set of disciplines. Unlike traditional classroom-based programs, blueprint. uses transformative experience to accelerate leadership capacity building.

The future of leadership demands a different type of leader.

WHY NOW

We’re leading through a moment marked by significant societal change— from the exponential growth and permeation of AI, rapidly disintegrating trust in institutions, and the disruption of how traditional systems operate across all sectors . The leaders who are building  organizations, investment vehicles, and platforms today will need to lead us into a future that looks nothing like the past.

blueprint. helps leaders reimagine how they lead.

The leaders reshaping how opportunity, resources, knowledge, power and money flow often build outside the margins

WHY

These leaders create the funding vehicles, platforms and models that expand our perception of what is possible in solving our most pressing structural and social challenges. Transformational work deserves transformational leadership development. Yet too often, the very capacity-building experiences most likely to accelerate impact sit beyond reach.

For more than a decade, our team has designed leadership immersions in the Global South supporting more than 120 next-gen leaders. We believe some of the most important insights about community, resilience and shared prosperity exist in places traditional programs rarely examine. These new ways of being and doing, not just new programs and policies, remain largely inaccessible to the game-changing leaders best positioned to bring them home.

Extend the reach of innovative and global ideas into the communities that need them most.

OPPORTUNITY

Underwriting cohort seats is a direct investment in the pipeline of learning your work depends on. It places the leaders in your ecosystem who are already building for innovation in social impact, investment and societal well-being in proximity to practices they can adapt, and it equips them to carry those lessons into the systems they are actively redesigning.

Underwriting participation does more than make a seat accessible. It extends the reach of global ideas and innovations into the organizations and communities that need them most.

Experiential leadership training rooted in travel.

PROGRAM DESIGN

  • Prepare. Onboarding, a baseline self-assessment, a pre-immersion questionnaire and a cohort orientation define each leader's personal learning agenda and the future-facing questions they bring to the field.

  • Immerse. Ten days of field-based masterclasses with local leaders, facilitated Leadership Labs and structured reflection. Leaders stress-test their models, assumptions and strategies against entirely different ways of being and doing.

  • Integrate. A 1:1 integration session turns insight into concrete commitments for leading their organizations into what comes next. Quarterly cohort gatherings and a one-year look back sustain the work.

Classroom programs teach through cases about decisions already made. blueprint. teaches through proximity to leaders navigating disruption in real time, in places where institutions, markets, and communities have unique lessons and insights about reinvention to offer.

Six dimensions of future-ready leadership.

OUTCOMES

blueprint. equips leaders to take their organizations, models, investment vehicles and platforms into a future shaped by rapid societal change. Each dimension informs the design of our learning agenda, and we measure each leader’s progress against these objectives.

PEOPLE

Build trust and partnership across lines of difference, and guide teams through change as traditional structures of authority give way.

PURPOSE

Clarify who they are beyond title and résumé, with a leadership identity steady enough to hold as roles, industries and institutions shift.

IMPACT

Rethink how to measure success, shifting the focus from short-term outputs to what endures for the people who come after us.

PLATFORM

Move beyond programs to build scalable platforms that adapt over time and advance change across entire ecosystems and systems.

INNOVATION

Strengthen innovation as a core competency that shapes strategy, product design and culture, and lead with AI and other disruptive technologies rather than react to them.

INVESTMENT

Reconsider what, who, when, where and how to invest across financial, human, social and natural capital, with an eye toward the future rather than past models.

LEARNING & IMPACT

Beyond the immersion

Transformation doesn't end when the immersion concludes. We measure what our leaders bring home against the six outcome domains. Every underwriting partner receives:

  • A shared learning agenda. Before we depart, we align on the questions that matter most to your work.

  • A post-immersion recap. Within 60 days, the insights, commitments and stories our cohort brings back to their organization.

  • A one-year look back. Survey results that compare each leader’s baseline self-assessment with what they put into practice, alongside their stories in their own words.

Leaders who steward a significant platform.

WHO

The ideal cohort member is a senior leader already stewarding something significant (a company, a portfolio, a body of work, a family office or foundation) whose next evolution in leadership won't come from another mastermind, conference or traditional executive education program, and who knows the future will demand a different kind of leade

Namibia 2027

THEME

Stewardship

The Namibia immersion centers stewardship as a primary theme: how leaders hold, share and pass on power, land, resources and responsibility for the communities they serve, including knowledge exchange with the San and Nama (Topnaar clan) indigenous nations among other experiential learning moments.

  • Dates: February 22 to March 4, 2027

  • Learning hubs: Windhoek, Sossusvlei, Swakopmund, Etosha

  • Cohort size: Maximum 15 senior leaders

  • Timeline: October 2026 (partnership commitment), November 2026 (cohort selection), December 2026 (cohort orientation and learning agenda)

Learning agenda: Every experience asks the same question in a different form: what do you owe the people and the place you lead? Our 2027 cohort will explore:

  • Investment: How does separating stewardship from ownership change who decides where capital goes, and who benefits?

  • Platform: Which shared-governance structures can transfer to the coalitions and platforms leaders steer at home?

  • Impact: How do leaders define success when the time horizon is generational rather than annual?

  • People: How does trust form and hold when leaders share authority?

  • Innovation: Where does innovation emerge amid scarce resources and fragile institutions, and what makes it repeatable?

  • Purpose: How does a leader’s sense of their role change when they see themselves as a steward rather than an owner?
