blueprint. is a 10-day, field-based leadership immersion. Each year we take a small, curated cohort of high impact leaders to a single country in the Global South. This immersion transforms how you understand and embrace stewardship, moves you beyond theory into practice, and sends you home asking sharper questions about what you build, how you lead, and what you leave behind. Our 2027 cohort travels to Namibia, from Windhoek to Sossusvlei to Swakopmund to Etosha, for an intentional exploration of stewardship. Cohort members already steward something significant: a company, a team, a body of work, a family. Join us February 22 to March 4, 2027.
