blueprint. is a 10-day, field-based leadership immersion. Each year we take a small, curated cohort of high impact leaders to a single country in the Global South. Unlike traditional classroom-based executive education, blueprint. uses transformative experience to accelerate leadership capacity building. Our 2027 cohort will intentionally explore various catalyst points throughout Namibia, from Windhoek to Sossusvlei to Swakopmund to Etosha. The Namibia immersion centers stewardship as its core theme. Participants explore how their leadership identity shapes outcomes, how to leverage innovation to deepen organizational impact, and the role of integrity amid evolving societal conditions. The ideal cohort member is a senior leader already leading something significant — a company, a portfolio, a body of work, a family office or foundation — whose next evolution in leadership won't come from another mastermind, conference, or traditional executive education program.
